ケーキ屋さんのつぶやき・・・
「製造年月日を書くのはまずい。夏に作って冷凍し、１２月２３日に解凍したクリスマスケーキの仕組みがばれる。なんとかして消費者をごまかせないものだろうか？」

業界首脳のつぶやき・・・
「食品会社やスーパーで表示を決めると消費者から文句を言われる。日本人はお上に弱いからお上に決めてもらおう。政治家への陳情もしよう。付き合いのある奴はいるか。どんどんお役所に行ってくれ。」

「消費者庁、食品安全庁（これからできる）なんかは最適だ。業者の味方をしてくれる！」
政治家とお役人のつぶやき・・・
「業界や会社で決めることができるものでも、ドンドン持ってきてくれ。そうすると口利き料は取れるし、規制も出来るので、天下り先も増える」
・・・・・・・・・
かくして、製造年月日を書かずに賞味期限を書くことで決着がついた。
なにしろ、賞味期限ならいつ作ったかは判らない。安く仕入れたときには長い賞味期限を付けたり、すぐ売りさばきたいものは明日までの賞味期限にすれば良い。
やりたい放題だ。

食品関係者のつぶやき・・・
「だけど、消費者もバカだな。食品表示が統一されているのが良いと言うのだから。

「統一」というのは「お役人が決める」ということだ。
